A few things are awesome here. Great everything bagel good with just cream cheese or for a sausage egg and cheese. I’ve found that specifying “cheddar” here helps get the better cheese. Otherwise, it’s sort of a generic cheese that’s ‘fine’. I like my bagel toasted and if you do too, I recommend ‘double toasting’ it. Once through warms it without giving it that toasted quality.
